Mommy Moments is a fun blog about my daily experiences as Mom. I will share the joys, pains, adventures and our never a dull moment life - so lets meet Brianna shall we?

Brianna is a 2 year old burst of energy. It amazes me how she can be sweet one minute saying "I love you Mommy" and the next minute screaming "NO!" during our public moments. I am working to get a handle on it but my friends say its normal. I just thought since she was going to turn 3 in a few months that she would have worked all those emotions out by now.

I must admit that I am very fortunate to have Bri going to a great school because they handled the whole potty training process. I really didn't do much except reinforce it at home. She has her accidents, but they are limited & usually only occur when she can't get to the bathroom fast enough.

A funny story - we were in Walmart about a week ago grabbing some stuff for Thanksgiving. I was in the very back of the store (and you know how big Walmart is) with the shopping cart - so she says "Mommy I need to pee-pee." I pause for a moment and try my best to reach the front of the store, but I was too late. As we turned on a side aisle, I heard it falling on the floor. The yellow stream was flowing and I just stopped the cart until she was done. The look on her face was expressionless which I thought was funny. Luckily, I had a spare pullup in the car to change her :)
